Last week, we celebrated the successful completion of our two-year talent management program.

The eight participants in the program - from Germany, Spain and Hungary - presented what they have achieved and learned over the past two years at a closing event.

The program was a journey full of valuable experiences:
- Mentoring from experienced colleagues 
- Individual coaching sessions with an external coach
- Training weeks at various GEDIA locations worldwide 
- Assignments abroad
- A joint international project
